What's included:
- Custom fit — Choose from our current lineup and save tooling costs, or design custom sheaths built to your exact blade specs (OAL, blade width, handle profile).
- Your branding — Blind-stamped or embossed logo.
- No Delta Sheath markings — The product ships as yours, start to finish.
- Consistent quality — Every sheath is made by hand, one at a time, by someone who's spent years in the trade.
How it works:
- Send us the knife itself and your branding requirements. We will need a vector file of the logo you want on your sheath.
- Select sheath model or have one designed by Delta Sheath for your specific knife.*
- We build a sample for your approval.
- Once approved, we produce to your order schedule.
* Will require additional lead time for custom tooling dies to be built and delivered to our shop.
Good to know:
- Minimum order quantity: 50 units if dies are already made. 200 if new tooling dies need to be made.
- Typical turnaround: Varies depending on size of order and leather/tooling availability.
- Custom tooling/branding setup: One-time fee, if applicable.
